You never know what you're going to find behind your walls...
Sometimes, everything back there is hunky dory. Other times, it’s really interesting—and definitely not to code. But at Olsen Electric, we have a simple philosophy: everything is solvable. But really, whether you have a classic Park City home or recent construction, remodeling is always about a series of questions.
Are you taking away walls?
Where are you going to re-route all those electrical lines? The good news is, we’ve been doing this since 1983—and have a depth of experience that predates that. Chances are, whatever you’re doing and wherever you’re doing it, we’ve already been there and done that and can also do it for you.
Want to do it as cost effectively as possible?
It helps to remember that doing the electrical is more expensive than patching and painting. Frequently, folks want to redo the wiring without cutting into the walls. One thing we like make clear up front: we can typically do that. But it’s going to cost a lot more than just cutting into the wall and closing it back up. Want it done more quickly and cost effectively? Be prepared to cut the sheetrock. Patching and repainting is going to cost a lot less than working inside closed walls.
